1、工作內(nèi)容Work content:
負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)各部門用人實際及招聘需求,核實崗位招聘具體要求,撰寫招聘宣傳廣告,及時制定并發(fā)布崗位招聘信息;
Responsible for verifying the specific requirements of job recruitment, writing recruitment advertisements, and timely formulating and releasing job recruitment information according to the actual employment and recruitment needs of various departments;
負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)系并維護(hù)荊門區(qū)域人才市場,實時更新管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘信息,拓寬公司的招聘渠道,收集各類人才信息,逐步搭建產(chǎn)品線各類型用工渠道;
Responsible for contacting and maintaining the Jingmen regional talent market, updating the recruitment information of the management network in real time, broadening the company's recruitment channels, collecting various types of talent information, and gradually building various types of employment channels for product lines;
負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)招聘計劃,收集簡歷,對簡歷進(jìn)行分類篩選,安排筆試及面試,并根據(jù)面試官意見提出綜合評價意見;
Responsible for collecting resumes according to the recruitment plan, classifying and screening resumes, arranging written tests and interviews, and putting forward comprehensive evaluation opinions according to the opinions of the interviewers;
對擬錄用人員進(jìn)行背景調(diào)查,完成薪資溝通、確認(rèn)后辦理錄用流程簽批、錄用通知發(fā)放等工作;
Conduct background checks on the personnel to be hired, complete salary communication, handle the signing and approval of the recruitment process after confirmation, and issue the employment notice;
負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)接待入職人員報到進(jìn)度,通知相關(guān)部門完成入職人員前期準(zhǔn)備,并確保其按要求辦理入職手續(xù);
Responsible for following up the progress of receiving the entry personnel, notifying the relevant departments to complete the preliminary preparation of the entry personnel, and ensuring that they handle the entry procedures as required;
負(fù)責(zé)待入職人員工衣工鞋領(lǐng)取及出賬,入職當(dāng)天引領(lǐng)安排宿舍;
Responsible for the collection and billing of the clothes and shoes of the employees to be hired, and lead the arrangement of dormitories on the day of entry;
負(fù)責(zé)接待引領(lǐng)入職人員至培訓(xùn)科進(jìn)行試用期工作講解,并完成辦公文具發(fā)放;
Responsible for receiving and leading the recruits to the Training Section for probationary work explanations and completing the distribution of office stationery;
負(fù)責(zé)引領(lǐng)入職人員至部門,對接部門文員及固資管理員,對接申請電腦及IT權(quán)限;
Responsible for leading the entry personnel to the department, docking the department clerks and fixed capital administrators, docking and applying for computer and IT permissions;
負(fù)責(zé)開啟入職人員的相關(guān)門禁考勤權(quán)限;
Responsible for opening the relevant access control attendance authority of the entry personnel;
負(fù)責(zé)定期進(jìn)行人員招聘數(shù)據(jù)及達(dá)成情況統(tǒng)計、匯總;
Responsible for regularly carrying out personnel recruitment data and achieving statistics and summaries;
負(fù)責(zé)新入職員試用期訪談、轉(zhuǎn)正述職評價定級,持續(xù)跟進(jìn)新入職員工作狀態(tài),提升留存率;
Responsible for the probationary period interviews of new recruits, the evaluation and grading of positive debriefing, continuous follow-up of the work status of new recruits, and the improvement of retention rate;
執(zhí)行上級臨時交付的任務(wù);
Perform tasks temporarily assigned by superiors;
任職資格Qualifications:
基本條件 Basic conditions:
教育背景:本科或以上學(xué)歷;
Education background: bachelor degree or above;
工作經(jīng)驗:具備一年以上制造業(yè)招聘管理工作經(jīng)驗;
Work experience: more than one year working experience in manufacturing recruitment management;
