1. Assist department head to design and implement comprehensive talent development, including leadership development, succession planning and employee career pathways etc.
協(xié)助部門主管制定和實施全面的人才發(fā)展,包括領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)展、繼任規(guī)劃和員工職業(yè)發(fā)展路徑等。
2. Conduct thorough needs assessments and talent audits to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
進(jìn)行全面的需求評估和人才審核,以確定技能差距和發(fā)展機(jī)會。
3. Implement talent review processes that align with talent development goals, providing feedback and coaching to employees and managers with a focus on key successors.
實施符合人才發(fā)展目標(biāo)的人才評估流程,為員工和管理者提供反饋和指導(dǎo),重點關(guān)注關(guān)鍵接班人。
4. Establishment and implementation of training system, including but not limited to training needs analysis, training plans, training courses development etc.
培訓(xùn)體系的建立及實施,包括但不限于培訓(xùn)需求分析,培訓(xùn)計劃,培訓(xùn)課程開發(fā)等。
5. Implementation of performance system construction and continuous optimization ,performance system operation process tracking and feedback.
實施績效體系建設(shè)和持續(xù)優(yōu)化,對績效體系運(yùn)行過程進(jìn)行跟蹤和反饋。
6. Proposed improvement the company’s performance appraisal policy ,propose incentive plans and specific implementation measures.
提出完善公司績效考核政策,提出激勵方案及具體實施措施。
7. Strengthen corporate culture constructure by taking a series of actions, included but not limited to recruitment activities, team buildings, humanistic care, news bulletin making etc.
采取一系列措施加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè),包括但不限于招聘活動,團(tuán)建活動,人文關(guān)懷,新聞簡報制作等。
8. Translator and interpreter as requested by the superiors, included but not limited to:
翻譯及口譯,包括但不限于:
- Proofread/translate documents, contracts, and other letters/reports, etc.
校對/翻譯文檔、合同及其他信件/報告等。
- Interpret accurately conversations with visitors/external parties.
準(zhǔn)確地口譯與訪客以及外部人士的對話。
- Arrange translation work with translation company as requested and/or approved by the superiors.
聯(lián)系翻譯公司進(jìn)行翻譯工作。
9. Review, draft and maintain legal documents, contracts templates and other necessary materials, including supply, distribution, quality, vendor, consulting, service, lease and facility, waiver of liability, non-disclosure, and other agreements.
審查,起草和維護(hù)法律文件,合同模板和其他必要的材料,包括供應(yīng),分銷,質(zhì)量,供應(yīng)商,咨詢,服務(wù),租賃和設(shè)施,免責(zé)聲明,保密和其他協(xié)議。
10. Other tasks as assigned from time to time by the superiors.
由上級不定期安排的其他臨時性工作。
